Star Elf

The star elves are an arrogant xenophobic race of elves that consider all other races as lesser beings, to be cared for and pitied.
All star elves are born with a crystalline stone embedded in there forehead, this is the source of the Star elves powers.
Removal of this stone kills the Star elf unless a special ceremony is performed.
If the Star elf survives the stones removal then the Star elf becomes a normal Elf as described in the CRB.

Humanoid (0 RP): (Elf Subtype)

Medium (0 RP)

Normal Speed (0 RP)

Standard Modifiers (0 RP): (+2 Strength) (+2 Intelligence)(-2 Constitution)

Xenophobic Array (0 RP): (Starting: Sylvan)(Common, Treant, Elven, Draconic)

Advanced Charisma (4 RP): (+2 Charisma)

Advanced Dexterity (4 RP): (+2 Dexterity)

Flawed Wisdom (N/A): This Race has a -2 to Wisdom, however there is no cost associated with that in the race guide play test as of yet.

Elf Immunities (2 RP): Prerequisites: Elf subtype;
Benefit: Members of this race are immune to magic sleep
effects and gain a +2 racial bonus on saving throws made
against enchantment spells and effects.

Spell Resistance, Greater (3 RP): Prerequisites: None;
Benefit: Members of this race gains spell resistance equal
to 11 + its level.

Lightbringer (2 RP): Prerequisites: None; Benefit:
Members of this race are immune to light-based blindness
and dazzle effects, and are treated as one level higher
when determining the effects of any light-based spell or
effects they cast (including spell-like and supernatural
abilities). If a member of this race has an Intelligence of
10 or higher, it may use light at will as a spell-like ability.

Elven Magic (2 RP): Prerequisites: Elf subtype; Benefit:
Members of this race gain a +2 bonus on caster level
checks made to overcome spell resistance. In addition,
they also receive a +2 racial bonus on Spellcraft checks
made to identify the properties of magic items.

Weapon Familiarity (1 RP): (Bows) (Elven Weapons)

Low-Light Vision (1 RP)

Spell-Like Ability (???): I want this to be Searing Light with the Star elves level as the caster level, usable 1/day. However the Race guide does not allow for this. I would also love to have constant Detect magic, and 1/day Suggestion. Dispel Magic 1/day would be nice as well.

Total: 19 RP + (Spell-like) – (Wisdom -2) =???

Notes: I based these off of the Drow noble, however after trying to construct this, the Noble seems drastically under costed in its Spell-likes to me. There is no way I can buy all of those Spell-likes for under 22 points which is what the noble is listed at. It seems to have more like 15 levels of spell-likes along with many of them being at-will/constant. Also it has several 3rd level spells which the race guide does not allow. I have no idea how the cost of 22 points was arrived at for the Drow Noble. It seems more like 30-35 RP or more to me.

Opinions and ideas both on Star elves and Drow noble pricing are welcome and wanted.
