Hi Paizo Customer Service People

When I placed the above order, I'm pretty sure the print edition was in stock. Now it's showing as unavailable, meaning (as I understand things) that I am entitled to the PDF that I've presumably been charged for and the print edition will possibly turn up at some point in the future at which point it will be shipped to me.

If that's all correct, could I ask that this order be cancelled and refunded? You'll be able to see that I havent downloaded the PDF as I was only interested in the print copy and if it wasnt available at the time I wouldnt have ordered it. This is assuming that my recollection is correct - it's entirely possible that I just placed the order without checking, although I try to make a habit of verifying that things are in stock before pulling the trigger.

If it turns out that it was my error (and I ordered something unavailable) then please leave everything as is. I dont need to be protected from not paying attention - it just seems like something may have gone awry at your end in this case.

EDIT: Ok, after looking back through emails and so forth, it looks like I placed this as a preorder. It just seems a little odd to me, since I can't 'ship this as soon as possible' but it appears to have gone from preorder to unavailable without me getting a copy.

Perhaps you could clarify the status of the print copy? Now I'm thinking I might just be being impatient... Sorry for the confusion.

I'm still showing this title as a preorder, currently. Therefore, it appears that the book is still on preorder and you're still set up to get it when it is released. This appears to be a display error showing the order as no longer pending on your Order History page. Rest assured that, despite what it says there, your order is still pending and we will be shipping it out to you as soon as possible. I will be bringing this issue up with the tech team to take a look at fixing this display. So that I can reproduce the issue, where, exactly, did you see the "unavailable" message? Do you still see it as "unavailable"?

The bundle itself shows in my sidecart as 'waiting to be shipped':

I noticed it wasnt included when I tried to follow through with this option and ship it immediately. Looking further down in the 'will ship with a future subscription' section, I see:

So maybe the issue is that you dont actually have a 'print edition' option? All you offer is the bundle or the PDF?

Anyhow - thanks for looking into it for me, I'm glad there's nothing going wrong other than cosmetic display issues - I was just a little concerned that something had gone astray.

It really should be displaying as "print" instead of "bundle" in your sidecart. I'll let the tech team know although I think they have fixed it for the next time they run an update.

Since its a preorder, it won't show up in the order when you click the "ship as soon as possible". This is a stickier issue as it can't be put in with other pending items since its a 3rd party preorder.

As Cosmo noted, we've still got the order pending for you, and we will add it to the first subscription shipment after it arrives at the warehouse.

And now I am off to poke at the tech team regarding the display issues.
