Gnomes of Golarion

Pathfinder Player Companion

of all the exotic weapons in this book, are the gnomes proficient with any as martial weapons? the dwarf book has 1 weapon that dwarves may be proficient in, but the gnome book does not say one way or another.

"Weapon Familiarity: Gnomes treat any weapon with the word “gnome” in its name as a martial weapon."

If it's got "gnome" in the name it's a martial weapon. If it doesn't say "gnome" it's exotic.

then why does the weapon section of that book call them "Gnome Weapons"?

Because we had to put SOME sort of title at top of that section. Sometimes, words are just words.

Ninjaed by the Big-T.

That's about what I was going to say but more like. "Because these are things so odd that even by Gnome standards they're hard to use."

See first sentence on page 23 regarding "lesser-know".

A battle ladder... would ye make all gnome Fighters the equivalent of Jackie Chan?

could be fun.... lol
