More for flavor then anything eles.
I was thinking darkness/night and destruction domains.
CN assassin (not the PrC) with a 20 level plot.
I've never played a cleric before so...
You might want to consider the Night sub-domain from APG instead of Darkness. What deity are you worshiping? Or is this a homebrew campaign with differant gods?

Ok, so you're looking for the flavor of a shadowdancer/cleric mix, right? You've got a few options here that won't leave you with a lackluster character.
You can do a cleric/shadowdancer mix, taking a few levels in the shadowdancer PrC for some fun benefits. I wouldn't take more than 2-3 levels of shadowdancer or you risk ending up with a character who's got all sorts of style but struggles to do any one thing very well.
Or you can simply build a cleric with all of the flavor that a shadowdancer has and call yourself a shadowdancer. Breaking down the shadowdancer into its composite parts you find that the class is actually:
- Supernaturally stealthy and tied to the shadows.
- Roguelike in her defenses and utility.
- Capable of illusions.
- Able to summon non-evil shadows.
- Capable of teleportation.
- Able to pull the darkness around her in the form of protection.
Since the shadowdancer is based on the rogue it's probably a good idea to reflavor it towards a cleric slant while retaining the key concepts. So we'll definitely want to have some form of stealth available, some illusions, some mobility, and some form of darkness manipulation. Examining the options we find the following:
Night Subdomain: mentioned earlier.
Trickery Domain, or Deception Subdomain: Both grant some excellent mobility & smoke and mirrors powers.
Theologian Archetype: You'll lose a domain, but it's an excellent way to boost the hell out of a domain that is a defining feature of your character.
As far as stats go you need to decide how you'd like to fight. In melee? With a bow? It's up to you. Stealth is going to be best served with a high dex score and light armor. But a high dex score in melee is an awful idea for a cleric who has little to no way to boost that dismal damage as you level. Archery might be your best bet. You'll need a decent wisdom (14-15), and you can safely leave charisma low. You'll need a decent intelligence to shore up your skill points, and it's probably better that you divert your favored class bonus to skill points as well. That is, unless you have an excellent favored class bonus for your race.

Travel and Night domain would be good for you.
If you want the darkness domain
Groetus
Is the only non evil deity that i could find.
You would have to play a madman tho, which could be fun.
Madness and the void would be good choices to for domains.
If not maybe you could just be a theologon
I agree maybe just say you are a shadow dancer, and keep with the cleric class for mechanics of it.
