Moved to the Customer Service forum. And the above post links to our FAQ on this subject. Long story short, Paizo.com does not accept paypal at this time, but you can get a paypal debit card that should allow you to make transactions here or anywhere mastercard is accepted.

Paypal is great, but my family runs an online business through Paypal, and they sure eat up the money. I was disappointed to see I couldn't use it here, but it really does make sense. They're convenient, but pretty hard on the pocketbook.

You can get a debit card to a paypal account and use that here. My sister uses her paypal debit card almost exclusively (she also has a business that is primarily online).

Visa and Mastercard cards are the two most common payment methods we accept.
While the Paypal debit card program seems to work for those who have it, there have been unsubstantiated rumors that paypal has ended their debit card program for new customers, but that might be one avenue to check out.
You can also use prepaid visa/mastercards, however they do not always work on paizo.com. It seems that sometimes, certain prepaid card companies add an additional amount to the authorization which causes payment settlement to get bungled on our end. Example: You put $10.00 on a prepaid card to by a $9.99 PDF. When we try to put the authorization through, the prepaid card company (or their merchant services) tacks on an extra amount (usually a few cents to a few dollars). We end up getting a payment failed notice and can't process the payment settlement because the $11.99 authorization was over the limit of the card. We have no idea which companies operate this way as it is up to the individual prepaid company (or the merchant services they use). Additionally, occasionally certain prepaid cards just end up being unusable on paizo.com and we can't figure out why. Poking around the internet leads us to believe its a systemic and seemingly random issue with prepaid cards.
Domestic (USA) customers also have the option of using check or money order. There are instructions in the FAQ about using those methods to order.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any further questions.
