My question is Can you stack more than one Variants/Archtypes. I know you can with Prestige Class.

Is Paizo trying to get rid of the Perstige Classes in there system. I notice this in the UC and UM books. I feel that using the selected Variants takes away the core special abilities of each classes, which I beleive is to be so harsh in choosing the different Variants.
Yes, as long as they don't replace or modify the same abilities.
No. Paizo believes them to be setting specific. That's why there were no PrCs.
I think of the base class as an archetype itself ("Vanilla Fighter", etc). This method of mental framing means you don't see archetypes as giving up main abilities, just replacing them to fit a concept better.
