After about an hour of searching fruitlessly I’ll simply throw this out to the boards to answer (and with any luck the creators will have time to answer themselves).
The question is about whether the feat “Touché” can be used with the Duelist’s Parry and similar abilities?
Although I figured it would, Creator Input would be nice. Failing that I ask if anyone would have a problem with that and/or would they allow it all…
…and on the subject of Touché would it be wrong to think that it works like Power Attack in that when using a one-handed or light weapon in one hand and nothing in the other, that its bonuses increase in similar fashion (from 1-for-1 to 1-for-2)?
Here’s is the feat itself:
Touché (Combat)
You can make a quick, accurate attack at the expense of hitting power.
Prerequisite: Dex 13, BAB +1
Benefit: You can choose to take a –1 penalty to all weapon damage and combat maneuver checks (to a minimum of 0) to gain a +1 bonus to all melee weapon attack rolls. This bonus to attack rolls is increased to by an additional +1 if you are fighting with a one-handed or light weapon in one hand, and have nothing in your other hand. When your base attack bonus reaches +4, and every 4 points thereafter, the penalty increased by –1 and the bonus to attacks increases by +1.
You must choose to use this feat before making any attack rolls, and its effects last until your next turn. The bonus does not apply to touch attacks or effects that do not deal hit point damage.

Yes, it can be used with the Duelist's parry ability, as there is nothing to suggest that it doesn't.
As for it's relationship with Power Attack, it functions practically the same. However you don't get the 1-2 bonus when using a two handed weapon. You simply get a flat one-time +1 bonus for using a 1-handed/light weapon.

Well Touché says that it doesn’t work with non-damaging attacks, but Parry says that it uses the sacrificed attack with all modifiers...well that actually does answer the question *face palms* (I need a vacation...)
So is the part about the one-handed/light-weapon attribute is that the official answer or just interpretation? I’m kind of hoping that its not the case because it screws the one-weapon fighter over even more than any other archetype, the drop in damage (which gets up -6 at level 20) can be pretty crippling unless you have a lot of damage modifiers (which a single-weapon fighter does not have) so a much higher attack bonus would definitely help compensate.

My and my groups interpretation of the feat is it is reverse power attack, so the addtional +1 to hit scales with bab the way the damage bonus does for power attack. You may want to ask the question in the product thread here. I would imagine Owen would be more likely to notice that thread popping up and is pretty good about responding to questions.
