I have no problem with viewing text, but sometimes the images don't show up. This just started today. I am using google chrome. I wanted to know if it is on Paizo's side or my side. If it is on my side does anyone know how to fix it, short of going to another browser. I have never seen this before.
Can you provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? This might help narrow down what might be causing it. You may also want to try emptying your cache.

Sometimes my avatar comes in as blurry. This time it did not. In the image the screenshot the formatting of the website is off though.
Okay, that screenshot actually leads me to believe this is a bigger problem. Your browser isn't rendering our CSS at all, either. I haven't had this issue using Chrome before (both on Mac and PC). I'd suggest resetting your preferences for the program or reinstalling it.
