How would someone with Craft (alchemy) go about creating Alchemical Silver?
I have searched around, but have not found any good information.

If it s silversheen then it is crafting a wondrous item.
It does not appear that alchemical silver is a material itself, it seems to be a process using alchemy to add silver to a weapon. (thus turning it into a special material weapon) as pointed out in the PRD:
Silver, Alchemical: A complex process involving metallurgy and alchemy can bond silver to a weapon made of steel so that it bypasses the damage reduction of creatures such as lycanthropes.
On a successful attack with a silvered slashing or piercing weapon, the wielder takes a –1 penalty on the damage roll (with a minimum of 1 point of damage). The alchemical silvering process can't be applied to nonmetal items, and it doesn't work on rare metals such as adamantine, cold iron, and mithral.
Alchemical silver has 10 hit points per inch of thickness and hardness 8.
What where you thinking of for crafting it? We may be able to point you to more info if we know what the end result you are looking for is.
As I understand it, alchemical silver is a special material that other items are created out of (just like adamantine or mithral). In that regard, you don't make alchemical silver as a stand-alone product. Rather, you make alchemical silver items via the appropriate crafting skill/feat.
So you wouldn't use craft: alchemy to make alchemical silver insofar as I know since it has no use by itself. It is just an additional material component for craftsmen making arms or armor.

On page 155 of the core Silver, Alchemical is just the process of bonding Silver to a weapon. It requires metallurgy and alchemy to do it. The costs are listed, so I would assume just divide them by half if you are crafting them yourself and have the appropriate skills.
The item I mentioned earlier is a temporary compound listed in APG that has craft DC listed.

Alchemical silver is , by a quirk of the system, more of a raw ingredient in crafting than the end result of crafting.
