If you're wearing a gauntlet, can you still make a touch attack with that hand?

If so, does any enhancement bonus on the gauntlet apply to that attack roll?

To answer your questions. Yes to the first part. and I'm 99% sure it's a No to the second part.

I thought it would be a no for the second, but I figured I'd check.
