Yes they do. They should state what their saving throw is.
If not, it's possibly 10 + 1/2 character level (or class levels, if given by a class) + your charisma, intelligence, or wisdom modifier (which ever is higher).
All spell-like abilities (SLAs) emulate a spell, so just read that spell to see what a saving throw does.

They work just like the spells they mimic unless an exception is stated. Yes some of them do have saves.
In short you have to read the spell description to find out what the spell-like ability(SLA) does.
If the SLA does not mimic a spell then the ability itself will tell you if it requires a save or not.

The one I'm wondering about are the following for the cleric:
lightning Arc and Acid Dart.
They do not mention anything about it so I'm doubting..
Thanks!
What domain are they? In the future it helps if you copy and past the material. Universal answers don't work all that well for this game.
Acid Dart is for wizards, and it has no save. Lightning Arc has no save.
Acid Dart (Sp): As a standard action you can unleash an acid dart targeting any foe within 30 feet as a ranged touch attack. The acid dart deals 1d6 points of acid damage + 1 for every two wizard levels you possess. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier. This attack ignores spell resistance.

I think this is what your cleric has in mind:
Lightning Arc (Sp): As a standard action, you can unleash an arc of electricity targeting any foe within 30 feet as a ranged touch attack. This arc of electricity deals 1d6 points of electricity damage + 1 point for every two cleric levels you possess. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Wisdom modifier.
The cleric will still have to make a ranged touch attack for this ability to work. It's not just free damage.
As a general rule, a spell or SLA requires EITHER a touch attack (in this case ranged), or a save (in cases like Fireball or Lightning Bolt). In the case of Lightning Arc here, it's the Cleric's job to make sure the effect hits the target. In a case like Fireball, it's the opponent's job to get out of the way (in that case, a REF save).
