Let's take a PC Kobold, stats
STR 7 (11-Kobold)
DEX 19 (17+Kobold
CON 9 (11-Kobold)
INT 18
WIS 14
CHA 11
So his naked, shieldless, ringless, Dodgeless AC is 16 (10+1Nat Armor, +1 Size, +4 Dex)
He drinks a Reduced Person potion. This cuts him in half and makes him a tiny creature.
What are his stats now? Do size bonuses stack? How about a Dex bonus (racial) and a Dex bonus (size).
So if size doesn't stack, he doesn't get the additional point of AC, even though he should logically be harder to hit?.
But as I read it, he should still get the +2 Dex bonus. So his stats should now be
STR 5 (-3)
DEX 21(+5)
CON 9 (-1)
rest the same.
What's his AC? What about the +1 to attack roles that he already gets, racially? Seems like these should stack, since a halfling loses his AC and attack role bonuses for being enlarged. Does the Tiny Size trump the "bonuses of the same type do not stack" rule?

Exactly what the spell says:
Reduce Person: "The target gains a +2 size bonus to Dexterity, a –2 size penalty to Strength (to a minimum of 1), and a +1 bonus on attack rolls and AC due to its reduced size."
Do size bonuses stack?
Nope.
How about a Dex bonus (racial) and a Dex bonus (size).
Yep.
So if size doesn't stack, he doesn't get the additional point of AC, even though he should logically be harder to hit?.
The attack and AC bonus from Reduce Person is untyped, not Size.
What's his AC?
18: (10 + 1 Nat Armor, +2 Size, +5 Dex)
What about the +1 to attack roles that he already gets, racially?
It stacks, so as he gets smaller, his total bonus will match the appropriate size.
+1 size bonus (from Kobold) +1 bonus from Reduce Person = total +2 (Which, coincidentally, is the normal size bonus for a Tiny creature)

Not quite true. There's no untyped bonusing going on.
Size bonus does not stack, but the size bonus changes when reduce person is cast. Use the new size bonus.
End result: same.

There is no type listed. If it was a size bonus, it wouldn't stack, and there would be no attack increase for a reduced Kobold.
The words "due to its reduced size" refer to the entire sentence, explaining why these bonuses happen. It does not make all of the bonuses into size bonuses.
