If you have the healing domain is your Channel Energy empowered?
No, not by raw, at least.
You Domains have no effect on your channeling unless they specifically say so.
In in your case, the Healing Domain does not.
Ask your DM for a Variant Channeling. The heal can be enhanced but you will take a negative somewhere (1/2 dmg for the harm effect or maby heal only affects certain races) its something you could work with them to create a variant for.
