A paladin with the archetype Sacred Shield have an ability that gives the Paladin Shield Bonus to all allies adjacent to him.
If this Paladin also gets the Covering Defense feat which gives cover bonus equal to his shield to an ally when he goes full defense, would stack with Holy Shield ability?
Example
Paladin with Holy Shield + Covering Defense and a Tower Shield +2 would give to an ally +6 AC shield bonus and +6 cover bonus for a total of +12 AC? (oops Edited the number Thanks)

Yes. Bonuses of different types stack. Though I'm pretty sure +6+6 = +12, not +16.
EDIT: I should note that this would NOT stack with any latent shield bonus they already have (take the greater of the granted +6 or their normal shield bonus) and will NOT stack with other sources of cover (again, taking the greater boost). For example, if an enemy was attacking through an arrow slit and the defender already had a +4 heavy steel shield, the paladin would not be providing any further boost.

I am pretty sure cover bonus also counts to touch AC.
Armor and Shield does not count because you wear it. It is part of you (after all for example, if disintegrate is cast on your shield the shield can use your save if it is better).
So if the spell hits your armor or shield you are still effected. But if it hits the wall you are hiding behind the spell fizzles ;3 (And the wall would get disintigrated without a save if it were attacked)
