Yay for vague posts! If you're looking for items that interact directly with bard class abilities you can just head on over to the SRD and do a search. If, instead, you're looking for items that are excellent for a bard character then we'll need a bit more information.
1) What sort of role does this bard character fill? Ranged, support, melee, spellcasting, out of combat healing, buffs, debuffs, etc.
2) Have you invested in use magic device?
3) Are you looking to overcome the absence of another role in your group, or looking to simply be incredibly versatile?
4) What level range are you currently in, and what range do you see yourself progressing into?
This could help posters find the items you're looking for. :)

Otherwise we have to give you the standbys. Appropriate magic weapon, haversack, rings of protection, amulets of natural armor, cloaks of resistance, some method of flight, magic armor.
Circlet of persuasion is always good for any charisma based check, and a wand of cure light is handy too. As these two fine gentlemen (I'm assuming they are gentlemen) commented: it depends on what you want them to do.
Any Charisma boosting item and a Wand of Cure Light Wound.
A Handy Haversack to keep whatever tool, instrument, or weapon you need at your fingertips for when you suddenly have to step up to fill someone else's shoes. Also, as other have said, anything that boost Charisma or your Charisma-based skills. A hat of disguise can also be handy for role-playing scenarios without having to use one of your precious spell slots on that spell.
Beyond that, you'll need to provide more info: level range or disposable income, permanent or consumable item, character 'build', etc.
