I want to run something that isn't so complex and something on a smaller scale that doesn't have a bunch of crazy stuff that threatens an entire nation or world or multiverse, blah blah blah.
6th or 7th level or so. Is there anything in Pathfinder or Pathfinder compatible like this? Something like the Goodman Games stuff, or the older and early modules? Anybody have any experience with a game like that in Pathfinder?

Well first I have to ask if you want something made by Paizo or anything made for 3pp? I can think of a couple of 3pp ones and I am sure there is a couple of paizo adventures that also would fit the bill but none of them come to mind off the top of my head.
Third party is fun. I might do a conversion of some that I got but I'd appreciate a pre-made Pathfinder.

Here's a suggestion. How about a small tribe of ogres? They've occupied an old abandoned inn on some strategic byway and have taken to extorting passing caravans and travellers. You can make their leader a fair bit smarter than the others, perhaps a witch doctor or shaman with a level or two of adept or perhaps cleric. He could have perverse fun by making any passer's by roll dice for their fate at the hands of the ogres.
Ogres are CR3 individually. Since you're probably a gamist or a narrativist, I suggest having enough ogres in the tribe to wipe out the party if they try a straight up fight against them in one piece. 4 of them collectively is effectively CR7, so you probably need around 20 total to make a basic frontal assault extremely risky. Give them a rudimentary defensive plan (probably just rush to the sound of battle as soon as you detect it in no particular organized fashion, which is still way more than most dungeons usually have).
My guess is you could stat this up in less than a half hour. Think of it as Against the Giants in extreme miniature.

Gamist and Narratavist?
i.e., not a simulationist. A simulationist would build his tribe of ogres at said location with no regard whatsoever to the party's numbers and levels. He'd leave a reasonable amount of intelligence available to the party and they'd decide whether or not to try to crack that target or something else.
A gamist builds his encounters according to what would be challenging or fun in his estimation. In his world, the numbers of ogres would be nearly purely a function of the party's total levels. That's the assumption I made since gamists are by far the most common stylistically.
A narrativist in practice works much like a gamist for encounter building, although their objective is whatever makes for the best story they want to tell.

Sounds like what you want is a good ole fashion Dungeon crawl. Traps and Monsters + Treasure.
- Make it a Dungeon near a small town or close to a larger city so they can retreat out to sell and buy gear. But make it "living" so the dungeon continues to move on in time... old section they thought they secured could have a different monster in it if they are away too long.
All you have to do is google "pazio dungeon crawls classics" and you set or get out a few old monster manuals or the bestiary books.

Well I meant a 3pp Pathfinder adventure. Frog God Games makes some old school style adventures for Pathfinder.
