My order today was split into 5 shipments, with 4 of them being one item and the last one (1795302) having 7 items to ship. I had set all of the others to ship with subscription and left the last one to ship now, but it looks like it got moved to sidecart instead. How can I change the shipping option for just this last shipment (and also get the $10 off shipping it for exceeding $100 in the order)? I just want it to ship normal ground, around $11-$13 IIRC.

What you are seeing is an unfortunate display peculiarity with the print/pdf bundles. Rather than trying to explain it all, let me just lay out what is going to happen.
The print versions of the bundles from this order have all gone into your sidecart, except for "The Gift: Curse of the Golden Spear 1" which was added to your current subscription shipment going out this week. The PDFs have all been "delivered" already to your My Downloads page.
The rest of the orders and shipments you saw on your confirmation email are no longer being used. You can see the status of everything that is going out and waiting to go out on the Sidecart area of your My Account page and your Order history page.
