Sorry if this is a newbie question, but what is the cost of wands for the APG/UM classes like Summoners, Oracles, etc?
Specifically cost of lv 2 and above spells wands.
I can't seem to find a table that show the costs for the other classes.
Should be the same cost, but there will be some differances. for example a summoner has Haste on his spell list at level 2, so if he bought a level 2 wand of haste it would cast at the lowest level which would be 2, not level 3. Of course this is all by the book type stuff a GM could change/modify/ignore what I just said.

My take on it is yes, a summoner can buy a summoner version of haste that cheap(by the book), and anyone "can" use a wand that is not of thier spell list, but has to do the ol' UMD check.

It is on the chart. The chart tells you what the wand cost. You just have to reference the what level the spell is for that class, and the class itself. As an example a 2nd level spell created by a wizard cost 4500, but the same spell made by a sorcerer cost 6000. The chart does not list every spell, but if you know the spell level and class spell progression it is easy to figure out.
Haste is a lv 3 spell in the Wizard spell list, so can a wizard use a lv 2 Haste wand made by a summoner?
Or
Does the Wizard have to use his UMD skill to use such a wand?
As long as the spell is on your class list you can use the wand without needing a UMD check.

The chart does not list the prices for the classes introduced in the Advance Player Guide such as Oracle, Witch, Summoner etc.
For example, My summoner wants to buy a wand of haste. Haste is lv 2 for summoners, but for most other classes its a lv 3 spell. Does he pay - 4,500 gp or 6,000 gp for a lv 2 haste wand? Or can I only get the wizard/sorcerer/bard version of haste? (Which is a lv 3 wand.)
What I need are examples or references for the non-core, base classes.

Can't believe I did not see it.
The cost for the materials is subsumed in the cost for creating the wand: 375 gp × the level of the spell × the level of the caster. Wands are always fully charged (50 charges) when created.
Summoner haste wands are 375 x lv 2 spell x lv 4 summoner (to cast) = 3000gp only. x2 if bought.
