I'm away at a music festival, (I work in the box office) from Thursday until Monday morning ... well I need a drink after it finishes Sunday night ... so I will plan to start the game on Monday/Tuesday if you're all OK with that. I'm happy to end Part II whenever you want.
Should be able to end Part II any time now. Needed to see how you responded to the faction leaders before I could send out the chronicle sheets, but apart from that, Part II is finished. Looking forward to Part III!

It's the campaign set a few years later, with their own system. It's the sixth crusade of light into the Hiinterlands. The story is great, as usual by Paradigm. Nice twists. The fastplay is just to get things going, might run a hardpoint afterwards, if there is enough interest. I posted a link to the fastplay rules, and you could use a pre-gen. At the end you get a cert you can assign to a new character.

Edit: Completed fairly painlessly. Let me know when you guys are done with Part 2 and I'll go ahead and archive the campaign to keep our campaign pages tidy!

If you let me know your character numbers I'll complete the report for the session. I think I know your factions too but probably better to let me know that as well just to be correct.
If you get the character number, it auto-fills everything else.

I have no problem with you having such a wand but ....
Who would want to use that wand?
The target detects as an evil creature for the
duration of the spell and can sense the evil of the magic, though
this has no long-term effect on the target’s alignment.
It might make it difficult for a paladin for instance to fight by your side, you will detect evil for some time.

If I can use PP then Latharel will use 2PP to 'get back' his heirloom MW composite Longbow, Str. +2. Actually it is just a new bow but the had 'traded it in' when he was on tough times.
A true elven bow. I had planned this from my backstory on. Oh - and some 40 arrows - paid in coins.
Do we need rations, a tent?
No paladin in the party ;) and Lilia or Crar can use it.

As for the wand of infernal healing, you'd best ask Lilia and Crar if they would use the power of the wand, before you make your final decision to buy? They might like to look at my previous answer.
Latharel a tent and rations are probably a good idea.

Infernal healing: just looked it up, interesting spell, but being neutral-good Crar probably would be reluctant to use it. If only I was playing one of my CN characters!
Instead, I propose using PP to buy a wand of cure light wounds (I need to get Crar a day job). I need to download the PFS guide again, is it 2PP for a wand? Crar will also use some of his gold to purchase five days' worth trail rations.
Also, Deevor this is Crar's standard spell list for the trip, I'll let you know of any changes, and I've updated his profile with all of the above.

Its 2PP for a 1st level wand .... 2PP allow you to spend up to 750gp on a single item, but the item is worthless to anyone else other than the purchaser. In other words in game terms its worth 0gp, but can be used by the buyer or loaned to another party member during the scenario. So 2PP for a Wand of Cure Light (50 charges).
@Latharel ... sorry forgot you have also purchased 40 arrows for 2gp, I've added it to the list. Waiting for your decision on rations and a tent.

Lillia would be willing to use the wand, she sees a big difference between things that are philosophically evil, and harmfully evil.
I'll pick up a cold weather outfit, too, along with a climbing kit. There's already 7 days worth of rations on Lillia's donkey, which will get replenished once we're back, so that can be added to the cost now to keep things simpler.

As I have said in the forums and following James Jacobs thoughts on wands and evil descriptor spells, infusing a character with the blood of a devil or water defiled by an evil god, which has the power to change (however temporary) the alignment aura of a character to evil, is an evil act. It doesn't matter that the act is beneficial or might save a life, you are entering into a 'pact' with the evil inherent in the spell. The use of evil spell components is what makes this spell evil, blood of a devil or unholy water created by evil rituals, the harm of the spell comes from its components, not what it does to save a creature.
I agree with James Jacobs interpretation of this and would prefer not to use Mike Brock's interpretation. If you choose to go down this root, then you may risk a change after repeated uses of the spell (wand or no wand).

Please can you give me your normal watch order for each night you are away, or if you decide not to have a watch, use the discussion thread to discuss order. Night from 7pm-6am, 1 hr at the beginning and end of night is twilight, the rest is night. Nestor is available for watch if you need him.
If its alright with you guys, to aid combat I will roll your initiative for everyone? So can you please let me have you initiative modifiers and any special abilities you might have which could alter the result.

Had a thought, I'll use this map as the standard night map when in the forest, so if you could let me know where you want to camp on this map, where you intend to sleep, tents, fires, ponies and guard post etc, then it'll work throughout the night-times. Just discuss amongst yourselves in here and come up with the co-ordinates you want. thx.
oh and sleeping with or without armor, would help too.

As a spellcaster, Lillia would like to take either the first or last watch.
I'd suggest keeping our animals (3 ponies and a donkey,) towards the east side of the clearing, while we sleep closer to the fire. Whoever is on watch will need to keep an eye on both trails though.
I'm happy for you to roll initiative.

Just throwing this out there, but how about this:
First Watch: Crar & Nester
Second Watch: Latharel & Targ
Third Watch: Lillia & Bedmyr
That way Crar and Lillia should be rested and can take time in the morning to prepare spells.
Lillia's plan for the camp sounds fine to me. And I'm happy for you to roll initiative, or saves, skills or any other roll as you feel appropriate Deevor, either for the purposes of surprising us or to speed up pbp.

Can you give me the co-ords to the space you are making camp, as there are several areas where I think there are clearings...
So for the watch it goes something like...
7pm-11pm Crar and Nester
11pm-3am Latharel and Targ
3am-6am Lillia and Bedmyr
I will assume that you do not sleep in your armor (if its medium or heavy) unless you explicitly say so.

OK, please don't feel you have to post in initiative order, if it makes the games flow more ... what's most important is that you know who goes first before the monsters and who goes after. Although sometimes I may not tell you when the monsters go!! until they do something.
OK Crar noted you're sleeping in Hide armor (medium armor).
