Starting with Judgement. I'm currently playing an Inquisitor, and the way I'm using Judgement appears to be RAW... but feels like an exploit that's not RAI.
Let's say I have my Destruction judgement active, and I full attack a fire elemental (wrecking its day, and obviously drawing aggro). Knowing that it's probably going to come after me, I swift action switch to Resistance (fire)... effectively reaping the benefits of two judgements. Is this legal? And is this an exploit?
What about the Healing judgement? Could I swift action switch to healing judgement, gain the healing benefit, swift action again (as a move action) to destruction, and attack?
As for bane. What kind of action is it to END bane? Immediate? Could, at the start of my turn say, "I don't wanna use bane this round," and thus not have to expend a bane round?

As far as I know you cant use move action to take swift action - you have only single swift action per round and Judgement does not give you option of switching the type used with any other type of action than swift.

Seems to be free action. But you have to declare switching bane off before you take any other action at your turn.

You could, but your uses of judgements and swift actions are limited.
you can not exchange actions by RAW, you can not do a swift action as a move action.
If I am not mistaken you get the benefit of fast healing at the beginning of your round, or at least that is how I play it, can't be completely sure since I do not have my book here. I feel fairly confident on it though.
Ending Bane is not an action, if you activate bane it is active for the round (till the start of your next turn), but yes you can say you don't want to use bane this round and not expend that round for the day and use a swift action again the round after (or later that round) to activate it.
