Litany of Righteousness alignment / damage clarification

Rules Questions

Two things I would like verified about this spell.

It says: "If the target is evil, it takes double damage from attacks made by creatures with a good aura (from a class feature or as a creature with the good subtype).

Does this mean that only good aligned spellcasters, and non-divine spellcasters of level 6+ (or level 5+, the chart on PHB pg. 266 is contradictory) deal double damage?

Also, I'm assuming the double damage would be applied to a crit like adding a multiplier (x2 to x3), but additionally doubling all non-crit modified damage. The wording of the spell MAY require errata or simplification.

The spell is referring to the good aura class feature given to clerics of good gods and paladins, as well as a creature with the good subtype from the bestiaries. I would also assume that it would multiply like any other multiplier in the game

But according to the Detect Chaos/Evil/Good/Law chart, Aligned creatures of HD 5+ have an aura.
