Does the Groundbreaker rage power create debris of the ground and if so could it be used as an improvised weapon?
I don't know but that sounds cool/creative.
yeah i just got this picture in my head of an unarmed barbarian who smashes the ground and then begins beating the crap out of his foes with the rubble of the stone floor.

I would say yes, as you're busting up floor tile, stonework, tree roots, or whatever else you're standing on. To then reach down and scoop up rocks to start chucking with Throw Anything...makes sense to me.
