Take all your junk weapons Fabricate the metal into SpikeBalls with serated edges on the spikes make them as to fill a ten ft.cube.
Throw into the square next to your foe and Poof! your DM has to make chosies so run this by her before hand for less bricks in the pants subsuquently falling on your head.
I like this solution, Poof! for makes a Reflex save vs a third lvl spell of your charaters DC and takes 5d6 percing/slashing damage and is moved 5ft. away.
THoughts?

you can shrink a big spear down to a crossbow bolt.
How about a giant pole shrunk down to a ballista bolt/
Because of conservation of energy a physics law of some such.
The energy needed to push the giant pole is not there only enough to push a crossbow bolt and in DnD spent ammo falls off the victem or at least none encumbering.
So we need somthing that by the rules will stay in the victem and harpoons are the only weapon I know of to do that.
So heres an idea touch attack with a Tanglefoot bag and a Shrunk Boulder and wiegh down our foe to helplessness.

well you dont unshrink it untill it hits. after that they have bolt sticking out so you then remove shrink and they shoudl take some damage.

I think it should at least up the damage done to the foe.
So I came up with Steam Bombs (as far as I Know) Metal spheres Partaly filled with water sealed And a simple preasure guage too tell when it is about to blow.
A nice hot fire to keep it boiling SHirnk it and toss it where you want to.
So what kind of damage should it do?
5d6 or more asyou advance in levels and can Shrink more and more.

The out-of-combat usages are much more fun. There's a lot of social fun to be had by sinking down 40 kilos (80 lbs) of dung to 10 grams of dung. Leave in a fitting location, and whoops. Hard to get those stains out.
The same could be done with blood for a more gruesome effect, or oil for a more dangerous one.

I'll give you one that sort of qualifies.
My buddy and I are a Hurler Barbarian and an Arcane Bloodline Sorcerer respectively. After toasting a Druid with Disentegrate and Baleful Polymorphing her animal companion (a bear) into a harmless bunny, our party came across several Deurgar that desperately wanted to bash our faces in for trespassing in their home.
I won initiative, so I immediately delayed my action so that I would move at the same time as my barbarian friend and wrote my plan on a note card to him, his grin eclipsing his face almost instantly. On his turn, I took a 5-ft. step so I would be next to him and handed him my bunny rabbit as a Move Action. He hurled the bunny at the Deurgar, and as the bunny flew at its marks, I used the Trueform spell to revert the bunny back into a bear. Great fun was had as we not only surpassed his class's limitations (for his level and size, the hurler would have only been able to throw a maximum of a Medium-sized object. However, the now-Large bear WAS Tiny when it was thrown ...), but we also got to watch the Deurgar / Animal Companion fight for their lives against each other.
Ultimately, we realized that I could use the Shrink Object spell to turn objects and then hand them to the Barbarian, who in turn could speak the command word and hurl them at our foes, again allowing him to break the Hurler rage power's normal restrictions on thrown object size. Fun times, fun times.
