If Ultimate Combat is allowed, I suggest Archaeologist Bard. They may not get performance, but they get an ability extremely similar to trapfinding. They can, in fact, make better trap-disablers than rogues, because at sixth level, they can take 10 on Disable device checks, which can be a huge bonus.
Edit:You could also go Detective Bard[APG]. You won't be quite as good at trapfinding or disabling, but you'll be decent. You won't get a scaling bonus like the Archaeologist does, but you'll get the ability to find magical traps four levels earlier.

Good suggestions - especially since I like bards ;-)
Seriously, anyone can find and disable traps - just put the ranks into perception and disable device and maybe a few feats. Only magic traps are more difficult, but you might get around that with spells like arcane sight. So you can basically any kind of class for that. Naturally, those with more than just 2 skill points such as bards, monks, barbarians etc. are easier choices. If you really absolutely need the magical trapfinding and don't like Edgar's suggestions, consider single-level dips into rogue or ranger (trapper) archetype - that will give that :-)
