Halfling Practicality Racial Trait

So how does the Practicality Halfling racial trait actually work? I'm seeing two interpretations:

Interpretation #1

• +2 to a single Craft or Profession skill.
  
• +2 on sense motive versus illusions.
  
• +2 on saves versus illusions.
  

Interpretation #2

• +2 to a single Craft or Profession skill.
  
• +2 on sense motive.
  
• +2 on saves versus illusions.
  

I'm inclined to go with interpretation #2, but I thought I would check first.

Well considering you don't use sense motive on illusions, that first one makes no sense.
