I'm currently playing a barbarian and am intrigued by the feat. The description states: "While raging and using Power Attack, you can spend 3 additional rounds of your rage as a swift action to add your Constitution bonus on damage rolls for melee attacks or thrown weapon attacks you make on your turn. If you are using the weapon two-handed, instead add 1-1/2
times your Constitution bonus. This bonus damage is not multiplied on a critical hit."
Do I take this to mean that I add Con Bonus to damage for 1 turn only? Or for every turn while I am raging?

I believe it means for each round in which you use Power Attack. If you make use of Power Attack (which affects your attack and damage for the entire round) you can spend a Swift Action to reduce your rage duration three rounds and add your Constitution modifier to damage in the same way you would add your Strength, in addition to the strength you usually get, for that turn. However, you'd need to spend a swift action, and three rounds of rage, if you wanted to use it again, as it only applies when using Power Attack, which the effects only last for one round.

One Turn. Spend a swift action cross off 3 rounds of rage, and the add damage to all attacks this turn.

Actually, I think we pretty much said the same thing. The effect of Raging Brutality (adding Con to damage) lasts for one turn. You can, however, use it each turn, provided you pay the cost of a Swift Action and three rounds of rage each time you use Power Attack while raging.
And yeah, I agree that many things aren't clear. You should see my question on how the double shot of a double barrel shotgun works. I don't think I had any two people agree. It also didn't help that instead of getting answers on how it worked I got "that's too powerful, here's what it should be".
