Looking through UC I inevitably came by the Channeling Scourge feat. I have searched all books unable to find a way to apply this to an inquisitor. Can anyone shed some light on the application of this feat?

add a comma.

inquisitor, channel energy ability.

it lets inquisitor and cleric levels stack for channeling
