Ultimate Combat weapon question...

So in the Ultimate Combat book they add the Tonfa as a weapon (about darn time). In the notes section of the weapon it mentions "Blocking", where are the rules on using it for blocking? Thanks in advance.

It's sort of hidden, on the first page that describes the new Oriental weapons, they define all of the new weapon abilities (Blocking, Grappling, Distracting, etc.)

What about the double barrel musket it only has a range of 10 feet, but its counter part the double barrel pistol has 20 feet which is the same as a pistol, how come its two handed counterpart doesn't get the same thing as a musket has a 40foot range how come the double barrel musket doesn't, or is it suppose to be that way?
