Am I reading this right?
Most archetypes that give a class gun abilities gives proficiencies with the guns. The Trophy Hunter doesn't do this. Am I missing something, or is this an error, or do you have to spend your first level feat on exotic weapon proficiency firearms?
I do believe they forgot to add it in also I think they forgot to add in that they get one at first level because that would be silly to leave a gun using archetype with out a gun.
Why do you need Proficiency (you planning to gain weapon focus)? You deal touch attacks, that -4 hit shouldn't be that bad.
Bah, just multiclass into gunslinger and save the feat.

It would make it consistent with the other gun using Archetypes which all have Exotic Weapons Proficiency: Firearms and a gun.
