Hi, This is my first time using a thread like this. But I am new to pathfinder, and I want to build my dream sorceress. We are starting the campaign at lvl 1 and going to 20. Im planning on going Evocation/Illusion or Evocation/Conjuration, but plan on using a lot of "rays" which require a ranged touch attack. Obviously spell focus Evocation wont help since their is no DC, so is there anything that will help improve ranged touch attacks other than DEX? Also any other build types skills/abilities/spells/feats/bloodlines tricks would be appreciated.
THANKS!! XD

First, note this: wizards specialize, sorcerers have bloodlines. Your initial comment makes me think you're trying to specialize in a school of magic, but only wizards do that.
Now, to be better with rays, you'll also want to make sure they hit. Just as you need a good Dex score, you'll likely want the feats Point Blank Shot and Precise Shot. Point Blank Shot is the prerequisite for Precise Shot, which cuts down on penalties to fire ranged attacks into melee.
Down the road, you may still find a need for Spell Focus. This will depend on the spells you cast, but once in a while a spell does allow a save even if it's a ray, so don't discard this one yet.
For other feats, the Advanced Player's Guide (APG) has some metamagic feats you'll likely enjoy. Bouncing Spell comes to mind, as it lets you redirect a spell that fails against its target. Persistent Spell might be of use, but again only if you're allowed a save against the ray.

Thanks!! The plan is to use the starsoul bloodline to give negative effects along with damage using evocation spells. And at higher levels use metamagic such as empower/maximize/hieghten on the rays w/o giving a saving chance to avoid the buffed spells. She is going for nuke/support.

A ray can be shot.
A ray is eligible to be taken with weapon focus.
Thusly, a ray is a ranged weapon.

Depending on my rolls, I'd want DEX higher than CHA, but I'd take a CHA no lower than 16. This is under the assumption that I'll be a ray specialist only.
Which bloodline are you thinking of taking?
Im going with the Starsoul Bloodline. I like the combo when I cast a ray they get no save.. and the Arcana Bloodline effect applys when Evocation spells hit. So with point blank shot/any ray/arcana bloodline im doin a nice amount of dmg plus giving the enemy a -1 on attack and perception.
