Order 1770603 a download issue

This is the second time I have ordered and both times I have had issues.

When I go to download, it first personalizes then I hit download again. Explorer then blocks it and at the top of the page I tell it to download, it goes back to the original download page and nothing happens.

This happened for the first order I had and after the tech downloaded them their selves it worked for me. Now this order doesn't work?

Would you be able to help please?

Gwvan,

After Internet Explorer blocks your download, you should be able to refresh the page and click the download link again, and have your download begin immediately. (Not the "Trouble downloading" link, as this will start the process over. Just click the name of the product again.)
