I am looking for a player or two in New Hampshire to take on the Carrion Crown adventure path.
We play on Saturdary nights in Goffstown, NH (about 15 minutes west of Manchester).
I think we're going to start about two weekends from now.
We're all in our mid-30s, but don't let that fool you: we're terribly immature.
Also, I'm much nicer than my posts might indicate!

Probably can't get in on any gaming at the moment, but just wanted to express my NH gamer solidarity!
Weed, guns and axes
We don't pay our taxes'Cos we don't exist
On any government list
Our battle cry?
Live free or die!
Ahem.
So, Carrion Crown anyone?

We haven't started CC yet. One of the guys went on vacation, so I think we'll be starting two weekends from now (not from before, like I earlier said).
Our group fell apart recently due to moves and marriages and we're still coalescing a new core. We've picked up a new player and there's rumor of another one on the wind, but we'll see.
Just shoot me a line when you need a game.
I'm going to keep bumping this thread and see if anyone else pops up.

I'm east of Cleveland. Right on the sunny beaches of Lake Erie. About 3 hours from Columbus. I've got a good group at the moment, I was just searching in gamer connect for one or 2 more. Astral's mention of ohio brought me to this thread right above your post
... but yea if you ever come across a red head that claims to be able to generate random numbers in his head...ask him to DM for you!

Nashua NH here as well, been gaming since 83.
40 years old, but since you're all in your mid-30s, at least I won't be getting called "Dad" or worse...
Been stuck DM-ing mostly, but looking to get into some actual games as a player. (Always willing to put on the DM hat tho!)
Only bad news is I work 2nd shift. 2pm-11pm Mon-Fri. I have Sat and Sun. but that's about it.
Best of all, I bathe regularly, brush my teef, am under 200 lbs. and usually bring snacks and (when allowed) BEER.

I've also played/GM'ed for all editions of Dungeons and Dragons (mostly 1st and 2nd ed), OWoD (mostly Vampire the Masquerade and Dark Ages), NWoD (mostly Requiem, World of Darkness, Hunter and Changeling), Legend of Five Rings and Pathfinder.
Shoot me an email at lordfeint@yahoo.com if you have any questions, etc.
Always on the lookout for a new game!

Okay, well, tenatively we're playing this Saturday night in Goffstown around 6.
I'm inclined to just invite everybody and see what happens. Maybe make the first night more of a meet-n-greet and make characters than an actual game.
I'll post again tomorrow, after the plans have been bolted down.
In the meantime, you can download the Player's Guide to Carrion Crown for free in the Carrion Crown forum and think about what you want to play. I'm feeling charitable and saying that if it's a rule in a Golarion book you can play it. But if it's wicked complicated and slows down gameplay, I reserve the right to be haughty and dislike your character.

Well, my friends aren't returning my calls today, so I can't totally confirm yet, so we're stuck at tentatively at 6.
@Lordfeint--I'm advising everybody to wait until the night to make their characters, but you can certainly go ahead and sketch your ideas out.
As for your specific questions: we're rolling for stats and as for traits 1 + a Carrion Crown one. Any that are logical for your character are fine.

How is the game going? Would you mind sending an email to astralplaydoh (at) hotmail.com .
Thanks!

Newbie here to the forums. Just warning you ahead of time.
If your still looking please let me know. I just moved to Manchester about a month ago and I'm desperately looking for a new group of gamers to play with. I will, sadly, admit that I haven't had time to brush up on all the new Pathfinder things that have been released since April but I am more than willing to put forth the time and effort if there is a group willing to take a new player under their wing.
I look forward to hearing from you Doodle, or anyone else for that matter, in regards to this.

Hello PP!
If you want to play in our game, that's fine with us! Don't worry about the latest permutations--we hardly know any of the rules, anyway.
We play in Goffstown around 6:00 on Saturday nights. We're aiming at weekly and, so far, played 3 times in 4 weeks.
We're only three sessions into The Haunting of Harrowstone, and the characters just levelled up. Now's as good a time to join as any!
For more info, email me at: msgath@hotmail.com
In the meantime, there is a free download in the Carrion Crown Adventure Path area called Player's Guide to Carrion Crown, or something like that. It gives you some hints about the campaign and sets some of the aimed for tone. I say "aimed for" because my players just run around and do whatever they want and laugh at everything...
I look forward to hearing from you!

I played one game with Don and some others one Saturday at the Games Castle. We currently have a group that plays in the greater Nashua area. It's a homebrew setting using Pathfinder E6 rules. However, we are likely to switch to Rise of the Runelords once the anniversary edition is out.
Glad to hear that your group is still going strong.

One Saturday a month, there's some Pathfinder going on at the Comic Store (which is now up on Northeastern Blvd, off of exit 5). They generally post game events of that sort on their Facebook page.
Last one was 3/24, so it might be again this next Saturday.

Ooh. My Carrion Crown for tomorrow night is cancelled. Maybe I'll check it out. Although I don't have a PFS character. Yet. [/qoute]
Nothing announced for this Saturday, so it's probably gonna be next Saturday. (If it hasn't already happened this month and I just missed the announcement...)
Quote:It's bullshiznit that they're not still in the Simoneau Plaza. They were there forever!Yeah, I preferred that location. Still, the new location has gaming space, so that's a plus!
