Body shield feat clarification (Ultimate Combat)

Rules Questions

on page 90 of Ultimate combat the body shield feat states

you can as an immediate action, while grappling an adjacent creature, you can make a combat maneuver check against that creature to gain "cover" against a single attack. what type of cover? what percentage? can you give me a better definition of cover?

Look at the PRD/Core Rulebook

Link to PRD entry

Cover is +4 AC. There are other kinds of cover, like improved cover or partial cover, but if it just says "cover", it's +4 AC.

I assume, that if it says cover, it means cover, rather than soft cover, partial cover, total cover, or improved cover.

Cover: +4 to AC, No AoOs, you can stealth, and +2 bonus on Reflex saves against attacks that originate or burst out from a point on the other side of the cover from you.
