Hi, i have a 4th level monk and want to use a monk weapon (Sansetsukon). How do i calculate the flurry of blows bab? I have Strengh 18. So that would come to +6?

It would. Your flurry of blows BaB at level 4 would be +2/+2. Plus all normal modifiers, such as strength, masterwork or weapon enchantments, and whatever else you might have going.

Grand Lodge

BAB is Base Attack Bonus from your class. This is sometimes important, so don't confuse it with your attack bonus on a particular attack, which I think is what you mean.

You don't use your Base Attack Bonus with a flurry of blows but instead use the flurry of blows attack bonus from Table 3-10, plus any BAB that you get from other classes, plus your Strength bonus, plus any other applicable bonuses that you have (such as feats, masterwork or magical weapons, or various temporary bonuses). If you don't have anything else relevant, your total attack bonus is +6/+6 as you say.

Why would it be different than the table given in the class?
As long the weapon has the monk tag then you can flurry with it, in order to see the flurry's modifiers you look at the table in the core.

When a Monk uses Flurry of Blows their equivalent BAB is equal to their Monk level, so a 5th level monk using FoB has a BAB of 5, but this is only when using FoB. (note: for Multiclass characters it is their Monk Level + the normal BAB for their other class levels)
