They can stack but your confusing Flat-Footed and Touch AC. Flat-footed is when your caught off guard such as a surprise round on you- your armour and shield still contribute but you can't dodge a blow your unaware of (no dex or dodge bonuses to AC). On the other hand, armour and shield don't protect against someone laying a hand on you.

Thanks guys yeah I realized that while eating a sandwich i asked about the wrong AC condition and ran back here to find answers already so thanks for quick replies. So does MA and Shield get denied for a touch attack besides for an incorporeal creature such as a shocking grasp or any other form of touch attack??

The exception is incorporeal touch attacks. Force armor/shields still add to your AC vs. those (which is a good thing!) when normal armor wouldn't. Touch attacks from spellcasters and such still bypass them.
And yes, they are considered armor and shield bonuses, so they stack.
Okay good deal, as soon as I get some form of a write up with a full description of a Kensai I can make my next build for a CoT game. Coming in at level 8 Im doing a Monk/Magus (Yes I know its MAD but im only after Improved Unarmed, AC bonuses from Wis/natural bonus/Monks Robe, and those nice saves for a 2 level dip, and then its going to be Bladebound Kensai Magus. I've been given permission for a Mage Armor/Shield Permanency upgrade so I figured I would get as much detail about it as possible. So does anyone have a full description of a Kensai onhand that they can share or message me??? Any help is appreciated
