hmm, yes some odd things happened...
Let me guess, was it Season 0 stuff?
The system seemed to forget, as an example, that during 2008 GMs did not get GM credit, so now it is not counting a season 0 I GMed later as legal credit for the character I gave the GM credit to.
Example
I GMed Silent tide at GenCon UK 2008, back then there was no GM credit so I did not give it to any PC, I ran Silent Tide again Jun 19, 2010 and since GM credit was allowed and the rule was if you GMed something again after GM credit was allowed you could add it. Well now it is saying it is not legal.
Other problems I am seeing is that all prestige for GM credit went down to 1 even if it was supposed to be 2.
Also if you look in the Player Sessions section instead of the Individual character sessions they are only including games Played, not games you got GM credit for.
Edit: Also the GM Session is no longer showing all the players you have given credit to.

First the good part:
It is a lot easier to identify games you have GMed and not given credit for. I thought I'm more or less up to date - but the new system shows me when I didn't assign anything. I need to check in which cases i assigned and just the system is missing it. That is the good part.
Now the bad part:
I checked my main character chronicle by chronicle. Only 14 out of 20 chronicles are in the system. I can't spot a pattern. There is season zero missing - but also season 1. I did two games at the UK Venture Captain - one of them reported, one missing. The first two parts of the devil we know,
I organised a CON where I GMed as well as played. My player session is missing in the reported sessions. Checking it out it seems all the other players are showing up - just my character is missing. This was a completely reported event in 2009 and I wouldn't want to reopen it and add myself again and cause mayhem.
I seem to have less issues with GM credit - seems only one is missing and I'm not sure I had added that one in. So I allow the system it might be my problem.
But all in all - a lot of sessions seem to have disappeared.

I went through the effort and looked at all the sessions of my local lodge (that are my home games and visiting GMs).
I keep track of them by periodically making a snapshot from the Paizo data and transferring it to Excel.
In 32 session I do miss 6 entries and can't spot any pattern - apart maybe that older sessions seem to be missing more frequently.
Below as the details. These entries have been in the system as I copied the data from there. Some formatting might have been lost in translation and I might have deleted obsolete columns - but the data below comes from my own reporting and is no longer visible.
I mainly post this here as example what to look for. In the hope it helps to recover missing entries.

Relating to GM credit, prestige is definitely off, the max is 1 and some scenarios (post 2008) have zero.
Also what is the purpose of the note "Player has already run scenario at session # 12 of event # 1826 Pathfinders for Sage's on March 27, 2011."? I could understand the note if it related to trying to apply player and GM credit for the same scenario to the same character, but it shows every time a scenario was ran even when GM credit was not applied until the 2nd or 3rd time ran.

I've found what caused the missing data, and will be reprocessing the data again, so more data may appear to be absent for the next hour or two.
I am assuming you are still working on this? because Stuff is still missing.

The good news - it seems all my older sessions that have been missing are back.
Yes - I also seem to miss some other sessions now - but it looks to me that these are all the latest sessions - from March 2011 onwards. If they do a database rebuild then it's possible this is still ongoing. So have faith and patience.

I see the Virus I put into the system to remove games from Kyle so he no longer qualified for his 5 Stars went a little crazy... ;)

Reprocessing of the data should be complete. Hopefully, things went more smoothly this time (even if they took longer.)

Everything looks almost correct. I ran a scenario on Tuesday and reported on Wednesday. It was a season 2 scenario and should award 2 PA but I am only getting credit for 1. Also my character's name is not populating like it did for all the previous entries.

I was just trying to enter two sessions from the weekend. With the new data entry system, does this rule still apply?
11. If the GM is taking credit for that session as part of his GM Rewards, then add the GM's character to the bottom of that session's report.
When I tried to enter my character at the bottom, it said I already received GM credit for the same session.

No, you only need to enter your PC in th GM area, now.
A couple of clarification questions:
1) All my reported sessions appear to be back, in the way of player credit.
2) All my reported GM credits appear to be back, along with my star.
3) It appears that the system no longer displays the PCs, other than the GM PC, who were reported for a game session under GM Sessions?
4) It appears that, since my GM PC credits appear under GM sessions, and my player PC credits appear under Player sessions, it is making it a bit more difficult for me to look at all my PC credits in one shot.
I do know that you should be able to pull up the full session history for any single character from the Player screen, and choosing th specific PC, I just like the overall list, since it helps me better track which scenarios I have played and/or GMed, and with which PC(s). Individually, it is easier to miss things.
What can I say? I have 9 PCs registered, and all but one of them has at least one credit, and that one is going to be my GM Credit for First Steps PC.

Things I notice that is still going on.
When I try to look at all our sessions in our Bi-Weekly Event, I don't see anything, the page is blank.
The game I just added did raise the number of total Games I have run as a GM.
Edit: After logging off and logging back on My Total GMed games did increase, But still cannot see all the session in my event.
