I went and looked real fast and I have found the error I think. It is the skills. You have perception at a total of 70. While the number of skill points you have is correct, they do not always go 1 skill rank per 1 CP. Past 60 they cost 2 Cp each. So while you had 53 skill ranks in perception they cost 1 cp each til 60 and 2 CP each pot past 60. So at 70 it cost you a total of 63 points not 53 and that was the difference. 43 to get to 60 and 20 more CP to get from 60 to 70.
Gotch but I still am not seeing the disconnect, cause I think that's what I have originally which hits my math. I copied from my submission below.

17 Int + 53 Bought = 70 (63 spent)
The 53 Bought is basically 53 ranks which gives me the 70 for the ability. But like you mention, the actual amount of CP I spent is the 63 which is a part of the 546 for Active skills.

So I started over on paper and with a fresh spread sheet. You come out fine Jonasty, The error was on my end somewhere but GOds above know if I can fig out where it came from.

Hey no worries. It took me almost a week to put that thing together and I still had questions on it. Kudos to you for checking everyone's entries in the first place.

As far as my muse, I'm thinking of a slightly sarcastic personality that tries to egg on my character. The overall thought is that my character is a bit on the timid side when it comes to certain things, women especially but other things as well. The muse is almost like an older brother type, devoting and caring of me but can't help but get me into trouble, harmless or otherwise and always pushing me to be more outgoing and adventerous.
As far as muse goes - I'm thinking I'll have my little inner vulcan, reminding me of what is logical and appropriate as well as stripping away all qualitative thought.
Ok guys, having some connection issues. My Phone company is rerunning lines or something out this way and we have been having issues for a few days now.
I also need to know when was the last back up? When you make your avatars please include both the muse, its full stats, name and how it acts as well as the last back up you had.

Ok a bit of update on my connection . I seem to be working right now. They have replaced the modem, replaced the lines, reset something at the station and still I am buggy, but they will be back after lunch.

I am glad to see some folks still interested, sorry I got slammed with RL. It is looking like I should be going well enough to give this a go about the end of the month. I am trying to get my RL issues hammered out.

Heh, I am not gonna go into what all went wrong RL, besides the accidents and my well known issues with machines hating me. I just got slammed with two much RL stuff to keep p with running a third game. I have barely kept up with the two I do run and the games I play in.
Things however are looking up and I am getting ahead of stuff.So am hoping to get this going by October. ( damned life getting in the way of gaming ugh)
When I get ready to start this one, I'll see who is still around. I have no issue with you as a player as long as the group size is one I can manage.
Ok I am gonna bump This as I should have already done so. I Had more issues and an HD crash ,which took out all of my data. Life seems to be settling down and if there is still any interest In this I will start a game after the holidays.
