Is the Paladin still a Paladin?

Ah, what I had remembered from my first reading of it was not quite correct. I had forgotten that the cleric tries to put out the smoke.

Though I am not sure how that absolves him from by his code having to help them. Helping them isn't limited to just helping them put out the smoke. Helping them can be dropping his weapon and dragging them out of the smoke. His walking out would also not appear to stop the cleric from misguidedly helping the red dragon.

But the order of things and how much the paladins character actually knew is unclear. ie - the summoner was awake when he started walking out and then couldn't see much from the smoke. Either way, I think I will let this thread go since there is no new information coming in.

I am only standing on the shoulders of giants. In that case, whoever designed an online English to Greek translator :D .
