Can anyone name the prestige class these prerequisites are for?

While looking over a spreadsheet I have with class info in it, I noticed that I have wiped out a PrC name, but it's prerequisites were still showing in the next column. I can't figure out which PrC I deleted.

Can anyone name the prestige class these prerequisites are for?

Any good alignment; BAB +2; Iron Will; Diplomacy (2 ranks); Knowledge (history) (2 ranks); Knowledge (local) (2 ranks); Sense Motive (5 ranks)

I think I have a new party game.

Is it for the PF RPG specifically (not a conversion of 3.5 material)? Do you know if it is 3PP material or from Paizo?

EDIT: looks like the Steel Falcon PrC from Andoran, though I think the Diplomacy requirement might be low.

But that has Diplomacy 5 ranks needed (Rest the same)
