Creature Swallow Whole question

Rules Questions

After the PC takes the initial swallow whole damage on the creature's turn, for the 2nd round and on swallow damage, is it on the PC's turn or the creature's turn?

Creatures not sure if its written but makes the most sense.

If the creature does not have to take any action against the PC once swallowed, would this not be continuous damage on the PC's turn?

Looking at various creatures with the Swallow Whole ability, I would say that it would be continuous damage on the round after the actual Swallow Whole maneuver.

I would agree with that. Anyone else?
