Sovereign Court

Heya. So coming off another thread I decided I wanted to make an Gnome Arcane caster, with spells where I don't have to roll. Character wise, he's a caster who is obsessed with extra-dimensional spaces and 'making things look bigger on the inside'. Anyone have anything for a 25 point buy? And should I go with Wizard or Sorcerer?

You want a high dex and cha, and make him a sorcerer with the fairy blood line so that you get Entangle and some other woodsy powers. First, first level spell: color spray.

Name him David.

Regardless of which path you take, I recommend the Threatening Illusion metamagic feat, allowing you to create threatening figments. It's a +1 level adjustment, but if you take the Magical Lineage (Major Image) trait, you'll have yourself a solid staple spell.
