In my games, your levels of paladin and cleric would stack for calculating your effective turning level, which sets the number of dice and save DC. You'd have a pool of channel energy uses from your levels of cleric and you could use your lay on hands uses to also channel energy. Levels of oracle also count if you have the Channel revelation.
As a house rule, I only allow the application of your charisma bonus to one of those pools if you're multiclassed.
