I am unable to download the PDF from my order even though I have told Explorer and Windows 7 that it is ok.

I have just downloaded and opened the PDF (both versions) from your account. Please describe the issues you are experiencing is full detail and I will see what we can do to help you out.

I am not sure what was wrong before. I have just gone back and tried it and it worked fine.
