guidance spell and stacking

Can a PC choose to cast the spell guidance 3 times and get a stacking effect? For instance, say a Druid has 3 spell slots reserved for Guidance, may he cast the spell, and keep the charge for all his bonuses, say for +3 to the next attack?

Guidance grants a competence bonus. Competence bonuses don't stack with each other.

As Guidance Spell provides a named bonus, it does not stack with itself (Stacking Rules). Exceptions for this are listed with the ability / Spell / Feat.
