Fast bombs

Rules Questions

Liberty's Edge

I found another thread on this topic, but was unable to find a conclusive answer from Paizo. Can you get more extra attacks as part of the full attack that an alchemist makes with the Fast Bombs discovery? I've been considering making an alchemist with TWF, ITWF, GTWF, Rapid Shot and using haste to get 8 bombs per round at level 13 (with a few levels in Master Chymist to get a BAB with three attacks) Is this theoretically legal?

Even if there are any technical snags, I'd allow it at my table--after all, you'd be using almost half your daily bomb complement with every full attack, which makes it a powerful technique, but a limited one.

It is listed in the FAQ under the APG that you can take any of the weapon feats and apply them to Bombs. In order to get use out of the two weapon fighting or rapid shot items you will need the fast bombs discovery.

Good Grief! Thats a lot of Bombs. But thats too be expected with the guy who has the Green Goblin look a like for his avatar. But can you use dual weapon feats for a ranged weapon? I dont think you can do that with shruiken or throwing knives.

Pretty sure you can as long as you have quick draw or something like that to allow you to keep your hands full as a free action.

If you have all those feast and quickdraw you can do it, AFAIK, and is quite awesome, but you will notice you cannot do that may times/day, and you must invest quite in feats and stats.

I would not fill all the feat tree until higher levels. If you think is cool and/or effective, GO FOR IT!

And if possible, make the PC Gnome or Goblin ;)

The wording of the Fast Bombs discovery suggests to me that it has Quick Draw built into it. Is there an official ruling on that one way or another?

No need of FAQs. Says "as a RANGED weapon".

So no need of Quickdraw. I was wrong :)
