Where is it from?
I believe it's from Orcs of Galorian, Orc Bloodline.
Power of Giants (Sp): At 15th level, you may grow to Large size as a standard action. At this size you gain a +6 size bonus to Strength, a –2 penalty to Dexterity, a +4 size bonus to Constitution, and a +4 natural armor bonus. You may return to your normal size as a standard action. You may remain in this size for up to 1 minute per character level per day; this duration does not need to be consecutive, but it must be used in 1 minute increments.

In my opinion Since it does not say, unlike Enlarge Person which specifically does, It would be up to your GM, unless Paizo jumps in here and says, oops yes it does.
Also it does not state if you gain Reach, which Enlarge person does state you do.

In that case then yes its a (sp) ability that follows polymorph rules, your gear will resize with you.
You also get all the bonuses and penalties for being large like reach, -1 attack etc

Why do you say it is Polymorph? The spell it is most similar to is Enlarge Person, which is not a Polymorph spell. And no where in the description of the bloodline power I see does it mention Polymorph. *That I see anyway*

Enlarge person still follows the poly morph rules , paizo redesigned all the size/shape changing abilities and spells to adopt a single ruleset.
as per polymorph rules if you stay roughly humanoid your gear doesn't meld it resizes.
heh put it this way if it works as you think it does then your resizing either destroys your clothing and armor hulk style, leaving you naked with weapons not sized properly for you.
Or
Your gear all melds and you end up a Large naked version of yourself
either way I don't think disarmed and nude was intended ;)
