I'm building a half elf barbarian ready for Paizocon UK and I'd like to max out her will saves so she doesn't kill half the party when commanded or confused. I have the following so far:
Dual Minded
Iron Will
Elven Immunities (racial)
Birthmark trait (trait)
Rage
Superstitious (rage power)
I think that gives her +4 base, +4 vs Charms & Compulsions that are also Enchantments, and +2 for Rage.
As far as I can tell Dual Minded, although a racial trait, is an untyped bonus and stacks with the Elven Immunities, but the Superstitious rage power doesn't stack with Rage (for Will saves) because both are morale bonuses. Is that right?
Is there anything else I've missed? She has a Wisdom of 10.

Can half elves take human favored class buffs? you could start upping the superstitious save by level...

Yes, Dual Minded does appear to be untyped, so it would stack. There's also Improved Iron WIll - once a day, reroll a will save. That lessens the possibility of rolling a natural 1, or can be used to give you a boost if you roll low.
That being said, I feel like you're going overboard. The superstitious rage power may make it harder to affect you with spells, but also means you can't easily be healed (you must roll the will save for half), and if you are affected by a compulsion, the rest of the party has a harder time disabling you. Similarly, those resources aren't being put towards more general survivability or offensive capability. It's not my place to tell you how to build your character (this is the rules forum, not the advice forum) and I think the goal is a good one, I just want to point out that you might be over-focused on this. (Though, you're not pumping your Wisdom, so it's not as bad as it could be)

Her stats are 18,14,14,10,10,10 so she's plenty nasty enough with a falchion. The only thing she's missing is power attack, which can come later.
Superstitious not stacking for will saves makes it the thing I'm most undecided on, although the bonus for reflex and fortitude saves isn't too bad. It will go up at 4th as well for will saves. The 'not being stoppable by my own party' rather goes hand in hand with not being stoppable by the enemy either, so that works both ways!
It looks like superstitious only affects spells and not supernatural abilities for allies, although that may be an ommission of course. It would seem channel energy works when allies use it, by RAW. I wouldn't mind too much if the DM ruled otherwise. I'd care more if Dual Minded was ruled not to stack with Elven Immunities, given it replaces a different racial option.

Seeing as your stats add up to 20pts, query: is this a PFS character?
If so, you may be better served over the long-term with stats of: STR+17,DEX:12,CON:14,INT:12,WIS:12,CHA:12.
-- While staggering best attack bonus every other group of four levels versus a starting STR of 18, this grants you 50% more skills and +1 to all mental stat skills, and a +1 will save (offset, of course, by -1AC -- which you may not care about if you're a drunken brute barbarian who sacrifices move+10 and intends to take at least one fighter level, thereby acquiring heavy armor proficiency for plate). DEX 14 sucks in this game because there is no decent armor which pairs up with it well (i.e, DEX 14 + chainmail = AC+8, versus DEX 12+fullplate = AC+10).
Improvement of WIS to 12 also permits multiclassing cleric for some interesting domain powers and ability to cast 1st-level spells like Protection from Evil (which, combined with higher WIS and cleric level base saves, results in a +5 will save over the all-barb-with-10s build now).
Alternatively....STR:15,DEX+16,CON:12,INT:12,WIS:12,CHA:12
-- This barbarian wears Breastplate (Agile) and prefers to fight with a STR+4 composite longbow half the time, switching to melee if necessary. (This gets DEX+armor to +9, avoids necessity of fighter level or armor prof feat, and shaves build points from CON as gargantuan hitpoints are considerably less important if avoiding full-time smash-mouth melee). Recommend Quickdraw feat.
