Familiars delivering touch spells

Rules Questions

If of sufficiently high level, my familiar can deliver touch spells I cast. So far, so good.

Now, to play devil's advocate... is there anything (apart from the GM's wrath, and the group's collective facepalm, of course) that, assuming I got a familiar of appropriately small size and mass, prohibits me from just tossing my 'charged' familiar at the opponent as an impromptu thrown object, possibly improving the hit chance, and more or less defeating that dreaded AoO the target might get?

The closest that I now of for rules to adjudicate this action would be either a bull rush or grapple type of throw... not any sort of ranged weapon attack, since there is no support for wielding a creature as a weapon, but there is support for moving a creature against it's will.

Another thing to consider: If you had a trusted companion you worked and lived closely with, sharing a special bond so that he could always tell how you felt, and whom you serve as readily as you are able - that happened to be 25 ft tall - how would you feel about him scooping you up and hurling you towards some guy wielding a knife?

Don't abuse your familiar... he might disown you, or worse - get revenge.

What defeats the AoO? Externally caused movement, e.g. falling, still provokes.
Bullrush, etc, specifically says if the target DOESN´T provoke by it´s movement.
Technically, I guess you could try to use this to take an AoO against incoming arrows.

Anyways, the Touch rules are wonky, saying that ´any´ touch discharges, yet of course creatures touching YOU, you stepping on the ground, etc, don´t discharge Touch charges, and the rules say you actually have to make a Touch attack. Just because you threw the Familiar the enemy wouldn´t remove the need to make that Touch Attack.

But don´t worry. Touch AC is pretty easy to hit. AoO´s can be avoided by using near-by allies´ squares to move thru, which provide cover when approaching an enemy. And if you have Acrobatics, your Familiar should generally be very good at that, from DEX, Size and Class Skill (the last is technically unclear as to whether you keep the ´normal´ Class Skills of the Familiar in addition to Familiar Class Skills, but I believe you do because it would be weirder to keep their skill ranks as minimum skill ranks in those skills but remove the Class Skill from those).

There is no raw rule for the movement of a thrown creature.

You're trying to house rule/beg the dm that such movement would not call for an attack of opportunity, and the burden of proof is yours, because movement normally does call for an AoO.

The very thing you're trying to avoid (requiring dm approval) is the very thing you need to circumvent the no AoO rules.

I realize it's not what you asked, but you might consider Spectral Hand as the more favorable method of delivery. Just make/get a wand of it and touch spell delivery problem solved.
