A lance does double damage on a charge, or triple with the Spirited Charge feat. Is this just the weapon dice (like the Vital Strike feat) or do the various bonuses also get doubled/tripled? (I would expect no doubling/tripling of precision damage or extras like from a flaming weapon, similar to a critical hit.)
And then speaking of a critical hit (x3 for the lance), does it go to x4 for a regular charge and x5 for Spirited Charge?

Yes, and if you are some how smiting the creature it pops up to 6x. Lets hope that is a Bane weapon and we are nearing a 1 hit wonder.
So that is yes on the 2nd question; what about the first?
(And thanks, btw.)
ETA: Just looked at Smite- I don't see anything there about doubling damage. ???

If its not extra dice, it gets added. So strength, smite, specialization, ranger favored enemy bonuses, enhancement bonus to damage etc all get added in. A lancer can add up damage quickly.

Yeah, treat it exactly like critical hit damage, because it's applied the same. Weapons braced against a charge are the same way.
A fighter who specializes in polearms, power attacking with a paladin's Aura of Justice and a Ranger's Hunter's Bond against an evil creature that happens to be the Ranger's favored enemy... can rack up a LOT of damage.

Yes 5d8+BFNx5 for medium lance charge and critical.
BFM = Big Fat Number (ie STR, Magic, Weapon Specialization, Smite, Favored Enemy, Prayer, Bard Song, Power Attack, ect)
Is the Current RAW ruling if you up to date with all the FAQ which has been like that for a while.
This is most likely the main reason that vital strike and Spring attack/ ride by do NOT stack.
But I use this.
Lance on charge or Brace Weapon dose double weapon dice like vital strike.
Spirited Charge dose double weapon dice like vital strike.
There for you could in my game spring attack or ride by with vital strike.
cause final math would be
Lance, charge, Spirited Charge, Vital Strike, 1 Vital Strike 2, Vital Strike 3, Critical.
1D8+1D8+1D8+1D8+1D8+1D8+2D8+BFNx3 total 8D8+BFNx3 Cost 6 feats to do.
I let you add 3d8 and move with a attack for the trade off 2 time BFN.
Which I find to be greater the 3d8 at upper end of the game.
Plus it cost you 6 feats and you could do this trick till level 16.
vs the 5D8 +BFMx5 which you can do at human Fighter level 1 under current rules do now for only 3 feats.

Yes. In Pathfinder and D&D the way to figure out multiplication is like this.
Weapon Damage (Dice+Mods) is Z.
Weapon Multiplier is W
Extra Dice Damage (Flaming, Sneak Attack, Vital Strike) is Y.
Special Rules Multiplier (Brace, Charge, Feat, Ability) is T, S, etc
Normal Crit is (Z*W)+Y
Special Hit without at Crit is (Z*T)+Y
Massive hit that is a crit with special multipliers would work as below.
(Z*{W+[T-1]+[S-1]}+Y
So Lance with a Crit (X3) with Spirited Charge(X3) is
(Z*(3+(3-1))+Y equals (Z*5)+Y
Or X5 Damage. Not X6 or X9.
