A spell or item to protect against ability damage?

Basically like a pool of "Less Restorations" or reduce the damage 1-for-1.

Or perhaps a higher level version of Lesser Restoration that allows you to cast before the damage has been taken???

Does one exist in Pathfinder or something like that? Afraid that it doesn't to my knowledge. The spell Death Ward does some energy drain effects but not ability damage.

There is no like, Protection from Ability Damage spell or anything like that I've seen as of yet. I could be wrong though.

you need protection from how the ability damage is done. so from poison or disease or deathward vs. undead.
